Can't inspect goods under the epidemic?

On March 24, 2021, I took Luna and Chloe from our Pudong office to the Songjiang factory early to set up a mobile phone holder, prepare materials, clean up the workshop, and ask our engineers for final debugging...

When colleagues saw such a big posture, they thought what happened, is it an interview? Someone asked me. Haha, no, it is to conduct remote inspections of cargoes for our customers. But it is no wonder they are so surprised. After all, such a large-scale online remote inspection has hardly experienced before. This is also a new challenge that the epidemic has brought us.

After everything was prepared, the customer asked us to start up and continue to run for 6 hours. With the rapid development of our company, the existing workshop was not enough to meet the development scale of our company, and the factory was being relocated. Therefore, the number of workers was not enough, and a few business assistants and I went into battle together, loading, unloading, and replying to customer questions and any requests online at any time.

Occasionally, the machine sounded an alarm, and the customer asked us what happened. After the investigation, we would answer the customer one by one and debug it until the customer had no objection.

"I want to see all the signal lights." Seeing this message from the customer, we immediately found a mobile phone and a cradle, and set up a fourth camera.

"The 13*100 tube is about to run out" what to do? The raw material test tubes used in this machine test were sent by the customer from abroad, and the quantity was not large. After several runs, it was not enough for the next machine test. Originally we wanted to purchase samples from domestic test tube factories, but we were worried that the specifications of domestic products were not exactly the same as customer samples, and it would be impossible to ship raw materials from abroad. How to do? Pull the caps and rubbers out to make the tube to be used again! We found a few laborers from the labor market, plus a few of our business personnel who were on the spot to inspect the goods, and it took a full day and a half. Finally, the raw materials are enough and the machine can continue to be inspected!

Just solving a problem, another big difficulty lied before us. As our factory was being relocated, the current site could only be used for the last 3 days. According to the current schedule and arrangement, it would definitely not be completed within 3 days. If we waited for the relocation to the new factory and then check and accept it, the new factory would not been cleaned up and it would not be ready for machine test. How to do? After racking our brains for a long time, we decided to negotiate with the new residents of the factory. At first they did not agree. After our painstaking efforts and repeated communication, they finally let go and promised to give us a few more days of use.

In the last few days, the customer requested to test the accuracy of the dosing. We weighed and recorded the number one by one on the instrument according to the customer's requirements, until the customer was satisfied. In accordance with customer requirements, the equipment was measured on-site with a tape measure until the customer was relieved.

In this way, under the supervision of 4 cameras, we started on time at 9:00 every morning, and several of us cooperated with customers to inspect the goods for 2 weeks, and finally ended successfully. We will overcome all difficulties to satisfy any customer's request and any feedback. The long-term operation also kills any problems that may be encountered after the equipment arrives at the customer's place into the cradle, ensuring that the customer will not encounter problems in the later use.

So now if there are customers who are worried, they cannot come to us and inspect the goods under the epidemic? nonexistent!
