Shanghai IVEN Pharmatech Engineering Co., Ltd. warmly congratulates China on the successful launch of the Long March 2 Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft, which has been a perfect success. On the early morning of October 16, 2021, at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the Long March 2 Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft was accurately sent into the intended orbit. This is the second manned mission within one month after the smooth return of Shenzhou 12 to the ground on September 17 this year.

The astronauts on board the Shenzhou spacecraft are: Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu. After the three astronauts are stationed in the space station, they will open the cabin doors of the Tianzhou-2 and Tianzhou-3 cargo spacecraft respectively to further carry out the verification and application of regeneration life insurance, on-orbit maintenance and other technologies, transfer materials and wastes, and cabin activities according to the appropriate situations.During the stay, the Tianzhou-2 will also be used for the robot arm rotation verification test. The astronauts returned to the ground after 180 days. After the mission, the whole system completed the evaluation and transferred to the construction stage of the space station.

The Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft will achieve multiple firsts, that is, the first autonomous and rapid radial rendezvous and docking with the three-cabin combination, the first long-term stay in orbit for 6 months, and the long-term in-orbit flight of 4 manned spacecraft forming a combination. For the first time, it has the emergency rescue capability combining heaven and earth with multiple guarantees.

Shenzhou 13 will fly in orbit for the first time for 6 months, during which it will fly four spacecraft assemblies in orbit for the first time. Chinese astronauts will take care of the space station for a record long time and spend the New Year in the space station. The astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping, and Ye Guangfu will also set the new record of 110-day on-orbit flight recorded by Nie Haisheng and others, creating a new height in China's aviation history.

From the improved Shenzhou 8 spacecraft to the Shenzhou 11 application spacecraft, China’s manned space project has experienced the test of space rendezvous and docking missions and space laboratory missions. At present, an application-oriented standard spacecraft suitable for space station missions has been built. However, in the process of continuously creating records, what is known is the tip of the iceberg of many improvement projects. Both energy management and information management systems have been greatly improved.

Next, the Shenzhou 13 crew plans to work and live on the space station for six months, which will create a new record for the number of days our astronauts stay in space. Shanghai IVEN once again congratulates the motherland on the new progress in the aerospace industry, and also looks forward to the successful completion of the Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft mission.
