Going abroad faces unknown risks, long time cannot see her cute twin daughters and face a two-way quarantine isolation one month, all of these seams so difficult. In the end, the sense of responsibility for the customer and the company made her choose to go abroad to the customer to help the customer complete the final verification, complete the trial production, and help the customer get the GMP certificate as soon as possible, and start production, just like IVEN’s vision: create value for customers, to be the most trustable partner in health industry. After completing all the formalities, she embarked on a journey abroad. Once arriving at the destination, the local hotel quarantine began for 14 days. Even during the quarantine period, the daily office was never interrupted. After the quarantine period expired, go to the customer site as scheduled, with our engineers to conduct trial production and validation for our IV solution turnkey project customer, and help the customer successfully complete the validation and successfully passed the acceptance of EU GMP experts. Moreover, after seeing the quality of IVEN equipment and projects, European GMP experts gave a very high evaluation of our company’s quality and technology. Winter has passed, with the pace of spring, Michelle embarked the return flight. After the flight landed in Nanjing, in accordance with the our country's epidemic prevention policy, Michelle began a 15-day quarantine again. Work during the day, video chatting with baby girls at night, during long time isolation, she also often feel anxious and depressed as every common person.
