2020-06-08
2020 is a special year, because of the COVID-19, customers can not come to the factory for inspection, nor can our technicians go to install and debug abroad.

However, all difficulties are also paper tigers.

The inspection of this production line, was taken by a team consisting of our internal sales staff, engineers, technicians, quality inspectors, was taken online video live inspection with customers.
The equipment was running, the operation was displayed step by step, and introduced to the customer station by station. From unpacking to packing, weighing and kicking, each process is broadcast and introduced to the customer's boss, manager, chief engineer, etc.
Later, let customers participate in the discussion, if they want to see the unpacking in detail, we showed them in broadcast unpacking machine, and if they want to see the packing, we showed the packing.

During the epidemic, the most popular live broadcast was played by our inspection team and the customer's team. It was immersive, unanimously approved by the customer.

Then, when the equipment reached the customer, our engineering team overcame the difficulty of not going abroad. We used a similar equipment in the workshop, instructed the customer's technician online, and installed and commissioned the equipment. Since the customer is not familiar with the equipment, they will step by step video guide to find the same parts in various places in the workshop to demonstrate to the customer. Maybe the method is awkward, but the effect is very good. Just last week, the trial operation was started, and the customer was excited showing us working videos.

Customers said that, they were very lucky to choose IVEN. In such a difficult situation, we actively cooperated with their needs and changed our working methods so that they could run the equipment smoothly. The customers couldn’t help but give thumbs up; and our engineering colleagues also responded with thumbs up. What a group of lovely and dedicated people!
