Off line carton printing and verification system
(Printing before production, printing on flat cartons)
Working process:
Print GS1 2Dbarcode, OCR readable information on flat medicine carton( unfolded).
Camera takes photos of 2Dbarcode and OCR information, compare.
Reject if reprinting same serial number.
On rejection it should go in rejection bin.
On line carton printing and verification system
(Printing after production, printing on carton, product will be in side)
Working process:
Print GS1 2Dbarcode, OCR readable information on ready carton( folded box).
Camera takes photos of 2Dbarcode and OCR information, compare.
Reject if reprinting same serial number.
On rejection it should go in rejection bin.
Sometimes need to put Tamper Evidence in two sides.
