In order to commemorate and celebrate the birthday of the motherland, we have eight days off this October. Coincidentally, this National Day holiday is not only our national day, but also a traditional Chinese festival, the Mid Autumn Festival. It is a rare event in more than ten years to celebrate two festivals together. Therefore, the street is full of five-star red flags during this holiday, and the joyous atmosphere of double festivals celebration has been around us. Thanks to the strength of the motherland, so that we can live and work in peace and contentment. Thanks to the prosperity of the motherland for keeping us safe and healthy.In the special year of 2020, the Novel coronavirus pneumonia at the beginning of the year delayed our pace to welcome the new year, and the floods in June affected many places. 2020 is an extraordinary year, but with the joint efforts of the motherland and the people of the whole country, we have survived the epidemic steadily and rebuilt hand in hand after the disaster. Under the protection of the motherland's mother, we overcame all kinds of difficulties.

 

While our domestic colleagues are immersed in celebrating the motherland’s birthday and the Mid-Autumn Festival reunion, engineers far away in Tanzania are still tirelessly rushing to the project date for customers. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the project was delayed than expected. Engineers from far away from home rushed to work day and night to speed up the project with customers.Although colleagues cannot spend the Mid-Autumn Festival with us or celebrate the birthday of the motherland together, our hearts are together. We serve as a reserve force for these engineers in China. Whenever the engineers need, we are not afraid of jet lag, and are ready to work with the engineers at any time to help them and provide help for their project work.

 

Although it is just over a month, since the first batch of staff from IVEN arrived in Tanzania, the progress of the project was far beyond our imagination. From the initial project with nothing, a vacant space, to now that many equipment have been installed in place, everything is in progress . Nowadays, the second and third batches of engineers have set off one after another, and our large infusion projects, solid preparation projects, and BFS projects are also under construction. In short, IVEN’s colleagues are not afraid of difficulties, always put the interests of customers first, and will continue to maintain the service consciousness of "customer first" .
