One month has passed, and the customer factory is finally able to produce qualified products. Our QC manager, Mr. Qu, took a long breath and showed a happy smile when he got on the plane for home. "IVEN, I am coming back!"

Goes back to one month ago, the Uzbekistan customer boss hurriedly called Mr. Vincent: "We have already stopped production for one week, you must send someone to solve problem as soon as possible." Therefore, the QC manager Mr. Qu, who rushed back from Saudi Arabia, took his USP standard tools, and flew to the Uzbekistan for 'fire fighting' on the same day.

A large batch of unqualified drugs was found in the customer's pharmaceutical factory a week ago. To solve the problem, customer invited the process experts from Ukraine. But even the experts had stopped production and inspected for a week, still could not find the reason. At this time, the workshop director Mr. Fruz said, we just replaced the RO membranes few days ago, then the experts doubted that it may due to bad quality of the membrane. That’s why the Customer’s boss blamed in the beginning.

Day1, Mr. Qu went straight to the workshop from airport. At the sight of him, the workshop director Mr. Fruz, said in a bad tone: ‘What’s the hell of the RO membranes, man? After changed it, problem occurs.’ And the laboratory director Mr. Golib also said :’The number of bacteria in the RO water has been unstable, but purified water is qualified. We just bought RO membranes from you last month. If it is not because of the unqualified RO membranes, what should be the reason?’

Mr. Qu turn gloomy, thinking of this bad sign. There may be thousands of reasons for product quality problems. But if the reason couldn’t be found out, the RO membranes would be the scapegoat. What an unfair statement! However, they had identified that it was your problem. There would be no helpful to say more. At present, the most important thing is to find out the solution. Mr. Qu only said,’I will find a solution’,then changed clothes and stayed in the workshop.

Day 2-3, the next two days, he followed the laboratory director Mr. Fruz, watching him step by step to do experiments, took pictures and made records.

Started the cultivation operation without changing the clean clothes? Oh no.

Sterile gloves were still used even broken? Oh no.

Opened the petri dish in the ordinary room? Oh no.

Day 4-5, Mr. Qu invited Mr. Fruz to do compare experiments at the same time.(Yellow color old type samples were customers, white color are Mr. Qu brought from China)

And these experiments, only excluded the result deviation due to slight operation difference and instrument quality ,didn’t find the core of problem.

Day 6-13, almost one week’s communication, Mr. Golib began to agree and even admire Mr. Qu. Instead of bad attitude in the beginning, Mr. Golib called him Mr. Qu and was willing to follow Mr. Qu’s instruction. Mr. Qu pointed out, since the problem caused by water, then we should take samples from every point, but before you only took the water from PW tank. Mr. Fruz accepted Mr. Qu’s suggestion, under Mr. Qu’s instruction, fetching samples points from raw water, quartz sand tank, activated carbon tank, 1 RO, 2 RO, middle water tank, PW tank for one week, and did many experiments.

After analysis, Mr. Qu found that the problem was caused by raw water quality. Then investigate the cause of this water quality, and analyze the problems he had found during these days’ observation: for example, the disinfection cycle was too long, once a month; each pasteurization time was too short, less than half an hour; The quartz sand for pretreatment had not been changed since purchased ( recommended to replace it every 2 years); The activated carbon for pretreatment had not been changed since purchased (recommended to replace it every 1 year, if the frequency was high, it could be replaced every six months; The security filter replacement frequency was not enough either; when the RO membrane was installed, the gasket was damaged, resulting in a gap and water leaking directly from the membrane, and leading to the partial inspection results of the conductivity were inconsistent.

Finally found the core to this intractable disease, how to cure it?" Mr. Fruz asked with joy and urgency, and gave Qu a big hug!

Mr. Qu smiled and slowly wrote down:

Option 1: Replace the raw water. Currently used groundwater can be replaced with a more stable city water.

Option 2: After sterilization and pretreatment by sodium hypochlorite, the raw water can be used.

At this time, under the guidance of Qu, Mr. Fruz and Mr. Golib gave the boss a complete analysis and problem-solving report. Limited by location and cost, the boss accepted Option 2 and submitted the list of required items to the Purchasing Department. After quartz sand, activated carbon, sodium hypochondria, etc. were successively delivered to the factory and replaced, the factory solved the water quality problem from the root.

Once again, IVEN's shots have enabled the customer's equipment to normal operation, and the factory has successfully delivered batches of qualified products to their users. Our IVEN Angel--Mr. Qu, in the lab's many beautiful ladies' farewell, happily set foot on the way home.
