During COVID time, online support become a normal aftersales service for IVEN users. Once user meet some small problem and cannot find the solution, IVEN team will make the wechat group meeting between user technical engineer and IVEN engineer or with Sales department together, to check the machine running, troubleshoot the possible reason and finally help customer find the exactly reason, and give suggestion to solve it. Yesterday Jan.25 night, IVEN sales Lisa and Engineer Lee was in video meeting to help our Turnkey blood collection tube production line user to check the gel machine. After 30 min video meeting, finally they find the filling controller part was forget to reset when last time they clean nozzles. After press reset again, the gel machine start work well. We believe that after day by day production and problem solving, final every user will understand our machine more and more, even someday user will more understand the machine than the manufacture IVEN.
