IVEN’S LIVE BROADCAST FINISHED SUCCESSFULLY

The first live show of IVEN is over. After a week preparation, a group of ten people, we ended this live broadcast successfully.

Divide personnel into the following groups,
General control: arrange coordinators ,and solve emergencies, etc.
Host: 1 host and 1 assistant. According to the total time, the host and assistant chooses the theme, writes the script, and memorizes the content around the product.
Logistics team: responsible for all the software and hardware of the live broadcast, such as clothing, lights, mobile phones, microphones, reminder boards, background boards, discount reminders, etc.
Sales team: Propaganda in the early stage of the live broadcast, reply to customer questions during the live broadcast, list products, and follow up with customers in the later stage of the live broadcast

Everyone fulfilled their own responsibilities and prepared within two days.

Trial broadcast in the meeting room, all staff attend to give opinions and suggestions. Then optimize and improve the show.
