As time went by, the official live broadcast would begin. Ten, nine, eight... the countdown kept accelerating, as if these few seconds have passed more ritual than usual. Putting down the hand that clicked to start the live broadcast, the poised and unperturbed smile in the camera with the sweet voice of greeting made individuals unconsciously want to follow them step by step. In the beginning, Flora and Evelyn explained to us the production line of the vial machine. They led us to visit the parts of the machine in an orderly manner and like the commentators in the museum. Moreover, they also used the form of dialogue to help us understand the operation of the machine. The complete production line includes 4 machines, washing, sterilizing, filling-stoppering, capping machine. It is suitable for common liquid or powder, produce lyophilized product, vaccine and oncology. It can be fitted with labeling machine to be ideal production line. Firstly, ultrasonic bottle washing machine is mainly used for washing vials or ampoules. This line has capacity of 350b/m based on 5ml. The empty vials enter into ultrasonic washing tank through slant mesh belt. There is ultrasonic washing station and the ultrasonic power is adjustable. After pre-washing, then transfering to lifting device one by one by feeding auger. Afterwards, the bottles are clamped by 304S/S manipulator, turning 180° to make the bottle mouth down, going to the main washing station. Secondly, the washed vials enter into sterilizing and drying machine slowly and uniformly through mesh belt, and pass through preheating zone, high temperature heating zone and cooling zone gradually. It adopts moisture exhausting fan to discharge the bottle vapor to outdoor. In high temperature zone, the bottles are sterilized about 5 minutes under 300-350℃. The cooling zone cools the sterilized bottles. Cooling area air circulation is inside loop in the cooling area, no need to collect the air in the clean room and it can exhaust plenty of hot air. The whole drying and sterilizing process is operated under real time monitoring with a laminar air flow protection. Thirdly, vial filling-stoppering machine is mainly used for vials filling and semi-stoppering for lyophilized products or fully stoppering for common liquid filling. The needle frame has tracking filling, after that, vials have uniform continuously stoppering. Unfilled or unstoppered vials will be automatically rejected to unqualified channel through vacuum suction plate, and qualified vials automatically enter into bottle outputting channel through vacuum suction plate. Fourthly, vial capping machine is mainly used for vials capping in pharmaceutical factory. It consists of bottle buffering plate, dial wheel, cap transferring and vibrator, single knife capping, bottle collection device, etc. Finally, the whole production line has compact structure and occupies small area. What’s more, it is highly automatic and needs few operators. It is characterized by strong compatibility, few specification parts and easy to exchange.

Subsequently, the shots were switched methodically, and the next part was Lisa and Bella's home court. They translated from English to Russian and introduced the suppository production line respectively. Suppository refers to solid preparations for intracavitary administration. The suppository is solid at room temperature. After being inserted into the cavity, it can quickly soften and melt at body temperature, and gradually releases the drug to the body. In general, it can be used in children's fever and anorectal department. In addition, the PVC/PE packaging material will generate static electricity when making the shell, resulting in poor fluidity of the liquid medicine. Excessive static electricity will cause the liquid medicine to splash on the needle during filling, which affects the filling and sealing, so it must be collocate removable electrostatic system. The metering of the plunger pump is accurate and the filling accuracy is high; the motion of the servo-controlled filling system is stable without jitter and splashing; the volume is directly modified on the touch screen, which is simple and easy to operate. As far as the cooling function is concerned, compared with the traditional chain transmission of other manufacturers, the products are transmitted by the chain. After a long time, there will be dirt on the chain and contaminate the product. We only use transmission wheels at both ends of the cooling track, and the middle is made of stainless steel and aluminum profile, so it is easy to clean; we put the chain and sprocket under the lower part of the box, separating from the transmission wheel on the box, and it will not pollute the above products when lubricating the gear and chain. The design of the entire model is compact and integrate, and the machine only requires 2-3 operators and it won’t take up too much human resources.
