On March 24, 2019, IVEN engineer and related translator conducted a five-day on-site visit to the IVEN Middle East blood collection customer for follow-up visits.

During this 5-day work, IVEN engineer actively exchanged work experience with QA, QC, laboratory personnel, operators and maintenance personnel of customers, helping customers to solve some doubts encountered during the work process to make sure the production more professional and efficient.

The customer's eagerness, inquisitiveness , positiveness, enthusiasm, love of work, and love of life deeply touched our engineers. Our engineers tried to teach every experience they have for the years of working. Though it is a short five days to get along, both the customer and engineers they have established a profound friendship between each other because of the similarities in values and outlook on life.
